WELCOME BACK!
We hope everyone is doing well and staying healthy. Here are our current procedures and safety measures we have taken;
Everyone’s safety, including the safety of our staff is our first priority.
To make Point Set as clean and hands free as possible, we have done the following:
1) All scorecards and water jugs on the courts have been removed.
2) Hands-free sanitizing machines will be placed around the club including one on each court.
3) Plexi-glass partitions have been installed at the front desk.
4) All tables and chairs have been removed and the upstairs lounge is closed off for the time being.
5) Water fountain and showers are not available for the time being.
(locker room bathrooms are open and will be cleaned throughout the day)
6) All staff will wear masks when dealing with customers and all staff members will also have their temperature
taken when they arrive to work. If they have a temperature, they will be sent home.
7) At this time, we are unable to offer towels, babysitting, coffee or the ice machine.
8) Our basketball courts will be closed until further notice.
Lessons: Precautions being taken are:
1) The pro will wear a mask to and from the tennis court.
2) Balls will be touched by the pro only and hoppers will be available to pick up the balls.
The pros will sanitize the hopper handles after each lesson.
Serving will be accomplished by the customer wearing a disposable glove, if wanted.
3) All balls must be picked up when before the buzzer rings so you are ready to leave the court before the next customer enters.
What we need from you to insure everyone’s safety:
1) All customers must wear a mask in non-playing areas.
2) Payment will be taken in full over the phone with a credit card at the time the court is being booked.
With at least 24 hour cancellation, a full credit will be issued. Other payments can be taken at the desk.
3) Please remember to bring your own water and towel.
4) All players shall enter and exit through the front door.
The front desk will direct you to which court you are scheduled on.
5) We have our usual buzzer that will sound on the half hour/hour.
When this buzzer sounds, please finish your point, collect your belongings, put on your mask and vacate the court for the next group.
6) Please take all tennis balls and cans with you as well. DO NOT ADD THE BALLS TO THE PRO’S BASKETS.
7) We ask that all players arrive close to their playing time. The players on the court before you should be vacating the court with a mask on. When leaving the building, through the front door, be mindful when walking the hallways, always wear a mask, and use proper social distancing protocol’s.
8) Again please be aware of social distancing at all times and use the hand sanitizer stations on each court before leaving the court.
